Terms and Conditions

Self-Catering:

1. 25% deposit required with booking.
2. Balance due 28 days before arrival.
3. Check-in is Fridays from 4.00pm. Checkout by 10.00am.
4. Insurance against cancellation of your holiday is strongly recommended.
5. Your booking is a legally binding contract. This means that if you cancel or shorten your holiday for any reason, you are liable for the full cost of the accommodation originally booked. We will try and re-let and if successful a refund, less administration fee, will be made.

Bed & Breakfast:

1. £20 deposit or credit/debit card details required to confirm your booking.
2. Balance due on departure.
3. Bedrooms normally available from 4pm. Check out 10am.

General:

1. We request that guests leave the rooms as they would wish to find them.
2. We also ask guests to be respectful of other guests who may be enjoying the peace and tranquility of Bulmer Farm.
3. The farm has a non-smoking policy throughout.
