Rates 2023
The following rates are based on self catering and a minimum two night stay applies.

Foxholme:
£160 for two persons
£220 for three or more persons
Weekly rate: £800 for two persons
£1100 for three or more persons.

Badgerholt:
£160 per night
£800per week

No .3:
£145 per night
£725 per week

Longer stays are welcome and prices may be negotiable for these.

Terms and Conditions:
25% deposit required with booking.
Balance due 28 days before arrival.
Check-in: from 4.00pm. Checkout by 10.00am.
Insurance against cancellation of your holiday is strongly recommended.
Your booking is a legally binding contract. This means that if you cancel or shorten your holiday for any reason, you are liable for the full cost of the accommodation originally booked. We will try and re-let and if successful a refund, less administration fee, will be made.

General:
We request that guests leave the rooms as they would wish to find them.
We also ask guests to be respectful of other guests who may be enjoying the peace and tranquility of Bulmer Farm.
The farm has a non-smoking policy throughout. Guests staying at the farm do so at their own risk.

Room only, £100 for two people. £80 single occupancy. £20 for extra child.
